Bonn’s Marketplace

When thinking about an impact of a place that is of a city scale, with many functions and means of usage, we think about an urban space. Particularly in this 2000 year-old city; Bonn, there is the need of the whole urban scale to congregate at one point and through tradition; Germans have been used to using Marktplatz as an urban space even for political reasons.
The lay out of the square is quite similar in any German town, in front of the old Rathaus (City Hall), an opening of square fenced by commercial buildings, such as shops, cafes, and restaurants, even in some cases hotels completed with some kind of statue as a mark for the city. Read more

Urban Architecture

Let our thoughts be alike. Consciousness and temptations be one. Let’s utilize it optimally. A couple of years ago I was watching a movie “Fifth Element” functioning on Vaastu theory simulating 3-D city matrix flashing an idea which can change the way we live. Since in this never-ending maze of fashion. We are lost as to how to think about a real city matrix, which solves most of our problems.

Color as a symbol in Architecture

At many public places in cities, thousands of people come and go everyday, often carrying bulky packages. No metal detectors check them for weapons. And there is always the possibility that somewhere in the crowd is an unwanted person, a criminal, disgruntled employee, a jilted lover or a mental disorder patient on the edge, of those who could be dangerous for our safety.
